A delicious and fresh sushi inspired recipe… perfect for the summer! Let’s prepare it with @2foodfitlovers
INGREDIENTS (7 rolls)
200g cucumbers
100 g of wild smoked salmon
30 g light spreadable cheese
Sesame seeds and ginger to taste
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise. Dab the slices with a cloth 3-4 times, dry as much as possible. Arrange the slices on top of each other, leaving just a little space: you’ll obtain a sheet made of cucumber.
Spread the cheese, add the salmon and start rolling everything. Cut the sheet to create the rolls. You can add the sesame seeds and accompany with ginger 😉
