Congratulations 🍾 I just graduated from the interior design institute last month. Legally registered my business and now working with a contractor that started following me since before I graduated. I’ve gotten all my projects so far from just renderings so don’t forget about that avenue as well.

I'd tell you as an experienced designer and architect. Everything is about AFFAIRS. You need affairs with Sales Assistants in Real Estate also with bigger developers.Other than that won't help you a lot OR you should invest a huge amount of MONEY in advertisement otherwise you stuck for years in one place with few orders in year. Been there. Don't do the mistakes I did.
