Surely the probability of rolling a 2 is 1/6, not 2/6?

I like how you have this simple grade school math lesson in the middle of a bunch of college math lectures and interesting high level/contest problems.

Thanks for the new topic. Here's some errors I noticed, correct me if I'm wrong (I make lots of mistakes). @7:18 probability of rolling a 2 on the first roll is 1/6, so 1/6 * 3/6 = 1/12. @9:48 for ways of getting of 10 : 4_b + 6_y, 5_b + 5_y, 5_y + 5_b, 6_b + 4_y so 4 ways. and for getting 12, @10:36 i think what you meant is is 6_b+6 (not 6_b+ 5). but I'm counting the opposite as well so 6_b+6_y, 6_y+6_b so 2 ways. (4+2+2 ways) 8/36 = 2/9, if 5_b + 5_y, if the opposites are counted as the same event, then the answer 1/6 is correct.
