The stuffed reindeer you found was sold in the 40's to the 60's and usually had a Santa to match with it that you could purchase as well. They were stuffed with excelsior (wood chips and shavings, later softer stuffing was used) and the wire in the neck was in there so you could pose them for display. Most people used them for decoration but children ended up using them to play with hence the softer stuffing later in production.
The beads on the purse are "Antique Steel Cut Beads" from the Edwardian Era. Both the coin purse and hand bag can be repaired however if you do not know how to conserve it on your own I would only do minimal repair to keep it from becoming even more fragile. You may be able to find someone to do it professionally but it could be expensive. If they are just for you to have as a collectors pieces I would not bother to have them done, just do your own minimal repair.

The glass beaded bag is lovely. I think you should leave it as is. My favorite items were the cups and saucers you purchased. They are so beautiful. Thank you for taking us to this thrift shop. It had many interesting items.
