First story is really creepy. Long time ago, when I was a child, I went to a camping trip with my family. At night a heard someone crying and I went out of the tend as I thought it was family member. Outside the tent, in the dark corner of our small camp I saw a stranger women. She was old, dressed normally but covered in dirt. She was standing there and crying. I asked what's up with her, if she needs help. She didn't react, just continue to stand there, stare and cry. I don't think it was anything paranormal. Propably some troubled lade that run out at night. She disappeared into the wood when I returned to my tent to wake up my grandfather. They didn't believe me.

I used to walk through the woods with my headphones when I was younger to listen to music, but then one day I thought "Hay what if an animal wanted to notify me that it is there?" Never wore headphones in the woods again lol. Stay safe people <3 love the stories as always!

The scariest camping trip I ever took was with a bunch of friends at a lake in Texas in 1981. Sometime after midnight I woke up to utter chaos as a tornadic storm crashed through. Everything was airborne for a few seconds, including one of the girls inside her tent, which went flying and rolling down the hill to the lake. We were all screaming in panic and confusion, and our big bonfire was whipped into the air with everything else pelting us with live coals. I only really remember the feeling of electricity as I was crouched in the mud in a ball, and the whole world lit up in a huge flash. There was a sound like a bomb going off and then tons of rain. After a minute, the wind and rain suddenly stopped, and we were left freaking out in the darkness.
All three of our cars batteries were completely drained, I don't know how, and almost everything was missing, probably in the next town. We had no dry clothes and no way to make a fire. We all got in our cars anyway and shivered till sun up and then hiked miles out to call for help. We were really young and didn't even seem to realize how lucky we were to be alive. I've hiked and camped in several states and never had anything like that happen again.
