From my point of view, China has a tremendous development over the last decade. Just look at Shenzhen, 10yrs ago it was nothing, no metro etc....Now, it became one of the richest cities in the world. Of course, no country can maintain such a high speed increasing but I believe China will play as the manufacturing centers of the world in decades.

As a Chinese, I think that he may be right about the population being old and work force being expensive but I am not sure if Mexican workers are twice skilled. No disrespect to Mexican but how come someone is twice skilled than another person? Dual majors? Also manufacturing is not all about skilled work but machines, logistics and so on.
