The scene with the Oviraptor is so amazingly perfect. Not only the good old back lighting with amono-lightsource helping to give it a natural view but the Ovi having so much love and care put into its micro-movements, it's beautiful. Whoever took care of him studied bird videos vor such a looong time; the slightly "reversed" speed values of birds moving compared to mammals, the quick, precise pecking, the little shiver when it hears something,

I personally love the fact that they're using the T-rex sound effects from The Lost World! It's hella nostalgic 🥰

One thing I liked about the rex vs giga scene was that, apart from maby two times all the vocalisation was essentially just grunts. Which some study, I cant remember what, showed that that was all most large carnivorous dinosaurs ever needed to make.

I belive the reason the fight is so short(like JP3) and not a long drawn out thing (like JW) is because Colin looked at modern animal fights and when you look at real animals their fights tend to be very quick, highpaced and often vicious. Tho fight between predators dont tend to usally end in death like here.
Also LOL I love how Rexy straight up rolls a Natural 20 in Stelth and hightails it out of the car park just like that.
Really looking forward to see how the actual film ends up and that they handle the marketing in a similar way as Godzilla Vs Kong cause that was masterful in my humble opinion.
And yeah this was indeed a part of the film at some point but Colin liked it so much they made it into its own short special.

9:58 If you looked carefully, the T Rex lost its footing due to the loose soil that both it and the Giga were fighting on. I believe that that loose soil gave Giga a chance to strangle the T rex

Giga is a Charcharadontosaur, and most of you will know that they have the sharpest teeth of any dinosaur. So if you take into account the severe neck bite that the Giga gave Rexy, plus the fact that she stumbled down the ravine, it makes perfect sense she did not survive.

That preview looks so, so good!
That Oviraptor, man...the way it moves is just perfect. It behaves just like a bird, it's so cool!
I really don't wanna be in that Gigas skin tho, because I'm 100% we get an epic rematch at the end of the movie that will probably rival the fight at the end of JW.

might be my favorite intro of the jurassic park/world series, a preview of the world before humans and the mosquito which played such a big role with the recreation of the dinosaurs

I absolutely love how they made the flashback with the accurate looks of the dinosaurs, and then still keep the Jurassic Park dinosaurs with the looks from the previous films because of their modified DNA.
