It happened to me i have delayed dlught too last Sept. 30

flying with American Airlines is a bad experience for me. my laptop was stolen during my boarding at the Dallas Forth Worth Airport. you are forced to give up your hand carry at the jet bridge and my bag with no lock has laptop in it. I got home check my carry on bag my laptop was gone. reported, filed claims, unfortunately American Airlines policy with Electronics device itself, please note that "Electronic items unfortunately aren’t covered under our liability limits". so if you are flying with American Airlines make sure not put valuables in your hand carry or you will be at your own risk because they strongly will not help you, wil not find answers nor compensate you. In my case I will NOT be flying with them ever again. Not worth the stress.

I just landed at Dallas airport from bna. Ms Smith in Nashville checked my bag. She was very nice. Here at the Dallas airport everyone are friendly. Nice experience
