The Lore of Vox's pet shark Vark in Hazbin Hotel

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?

Most fans are aware of angel dust’s pet piglet called fat nuggets. Angel isn’t the only character with a pet however. In the old days of the hazbin hotel pilot vox had a pet hammerhead shark called vark.

Vark was only shown in the hazbin hotel instagram accounts back when those were still a thing.

Vark was shown as a cartoony large blue hammerhead shark. We see him in several posts, my personal favourite being one when he tackles velvette.

What’s interesting is that vark is likely still canon in the full show. In episode 2 we see that vox has several pet sharks, one of which being a hammerhead. So this is likely vark, although he obviously doesn’t resemble his cartoony appearance from before. Perhaps we’ll see vox interact with his shark in a future episode in season 2.
