Yosh. Standing up for the people he cared for, Tokusa was ticked off seeing Tachibana's domineering attitude towards Hiiragi, and it being recorded sparked quite a bit at the company, and it's inspired Hiiragi to change and stand up properly for the people under his care too.

Fate: After resigning from the company, Tachibana wasn't able to find another job at each company due to being rejected as a result of a video of him being stood up to by Tokusa for his verbal abuse towards Hiragii being viral, he was sued for verbal assault and had no choice but to work multiple day jobs to pay for damages.

Tokusa stood up against Tachibana for Hiragi because he was being pressured by him and someone who recorded their conversation, and Tachibana got in big trouble, so he deserves a demotion, but he decided to quit sense he couldn't take the demotion and his reputation is tarnished, but serves him right and if it weren't for Tokusa's intervention, then Hiragi would have end up quitting his job or something like that, but Tokusa stood up like a real man, so he deserves to have a new job because of his bravery 👍
