This whole story is so confusing that you will never completely figure it out as it is the author’s craziness that constantly changes relationships. Claire thought about her Uncle when traveling threw the stones. Dougal is Claire’s Uncle and he was with his nephew James at the time. Jamie and Claire are first cousins. Then there is James who is somehow a reincarnated Alexander the Great, hence the snake which was supposed to be Zeus, hence the alien theory. Plus you have Roger. Was Roger Zeus’ son too? Is Master Raymond Zeus? Who knows???

Now all of a sudden she had a reason for going through the stones. Thought it was an accident. This show is really getting to be ridicious. Going back and forth through the stones. Some can, some cant. Very confusing. So many contradictions. That was the thing I thought was so unique about the show. I don't understand why Roger can do it and not Jamie. Unless it's just people from the future that can go through the stones. That seems to be the way it's been working out.
