When it comes to a company’s approach to climate change, what does it mean to be science-based?

As a populous, we want to keep global warming to less than 2 Degree C, preferably less than 1.5 Degree C to help to mitigate against the worst aspects of climate change. But what do we need to specifically do in order to reverse climate change?
