My father is a narcissist. I married a narcissist. That is all I knew until I learned about narcissism 5 years ago. I finally know why my father, my ex-husband, and men like them, treated me so badly. I'm an empath, and narcissists love being with an empath. Why? So they can control them, insult them, demean them, and get energy from the empath, by the narcissist feeling power over the empath. Emotional vampires. Narcissists don't know how to love, they will not change, and they're always onto their next victim, narcissist supply. It is insidious. I thank God he has allowed me to heal from these narcissists by going "No Contact" with them and keeping them out of my life. At 58 years old, I finally met a gentleman. I've never met a guy like him ever in my life. I thank God for allowing me to see what a good man is like, and how a good man treats a lady so very well. Something I've experienced for the 1st time in my life.

There’s also the ones who never include you in anything that’s real fun, they dish out the full, over worked, tired and you never have fun together. He also lets you know later he went out some place and had great fun and how he needs time to himself after having fun, watch out for that the type of individual

This confused the hell out of me because he played like he was into me. And he spent time with me. But then he turned right around and lied to me about another woman. I couldn't let it go. Long story short my anger got the best of me. I'm not sorry the relationship ended I'm saving money. But I think I'm going to be paying a lot more attention to your videos healing my heart at the same time. 3 months together, and boom everything blew up because of me. Because of his lie. I exploded over and over again because I was so angry that he would destroy what we started with a damn lie.
