To those of you leaving stupid, negative comments, you are only showing off how ignorant you are.  Bruno is in fact the real deal.  Hi technique in handling the dough to make perfect baguettes is one small example of his mastery of the medium.  YouTube is filled with wannabe bakers... There are many subtle moves in this video that you will miss when you don't know what you should be looking for.

I’ve been making this bread now for 7 years, it never disappoints! Tools that I think are necessary (makes it easier to prepare) obviously a kitchen scale to weigh ingredients, bakers couche makes moving proofed dough much easier and a Silpat baking mat again helps with the transfer of loaves to preheated pan.
