Storm is absolutely brutal this season, you absolutely have to have a plan if you land near the edges of the map.

HUGE TIP to save yourself short matches: always land on the location NEXT to the medalion, after looting the place you rotate to the medalion with good loot and your chances of winning will skyrocket

Truthfully this is the most fun I’ve had in Fortnite in such a long time. Love the guns, love the new movement animations and the new approach to health item usage. My only complaint has to be the grapple blade and how it makes you bounce off things which makes it difficult to get a rhythm down when moving. Other than that, this season is by FAR in the top 3 seasons on my list l

The slow crouch is definitely in prep for Solid Snake! Overall it’s pretty awesome that they gave us a month of OG & now something super fresh feeling. I love having EVERY weapon brand new. Pretty sweet

As someone who always used the DMR in past chapters the new AR's feel natural for me. My advice is to avoid spraying as much since tap firing at least for me allows you to focus on shot quality vs shot quantity on rifles. If you are determined for a spray weapon the ballistic shield will be a good choice, it gives you ample protection and decent spray in close to semi medium range.

My favorite solo spot is the house with the resistance bunker underground at the Train Station. Grab some guns and rotate into the boss area.

My favorite spot has been the weapon armory place that’s unnamed in the tunnel where the train goes underground for a second. Enough guns to fill up the loadout when solo and enough guns for squads. I hope they don’t change the movement back to what it was, I love everything about the new update.

I’ve been landing at Lavish Lair and luring the boss out to the back house killing him and taking Oscars Mythic. I usually run oscar’s auto, an eagle reaper, white heals (cuz I got medallion), shockwaves and striker ar with holo 13 scope. Got SO many crown wins this way. Busted strat all around

It's crazy, in a weird way the new movement has made my aim a lot better for some reason. I didn't like the movement at first, but then I realized I was frying people a lot more from distance. Has anyone else experienced this?

I absolutely love this season. I’m already used to the movement, and I think it’s an improvement. The only complaint I have is the speed of the storm in the end game. Early it doesn’t matter, but the max pull zones at this speed is crazy

Evolve Jake can you please make an informative video explaining the new gun names and what mods come with each name/class. I.e. the eagle eye means it has a 4x scope and sharpshooter means it's a 2x scope and covert ops means suppressor. I'm sure the community would greatly appreciate it cause I've been seeing tons of ppl asking this question

Ballistic sheild and peters shotgun are an insane combo. Use the shield until your opponent stops shooting then pop him with the shotgun

i love the new movement, aside from the crouch walking nerf. I like having crouch walking to counter visual sound effects

The grapple blade is difficult to use when grappling on trees in rotation cuz you bounce off them. Been trying to use the ground and rocks. I wish the grapple blade spawn significantly more, everyone should be able to get one.

Another reason to visit the island is that it has an attachment table under the flagspot (the room is open, no need to conquer it or something else)

They just added a hotfix for the storm giving us more time in the first two storm rotations.
