Republican megadonor Harlan Crow paid two years of private school tuition for a child raised by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who did not disclose the payments, a lawyer who has represented Thomas and his wife acknowledged Thursday.

Yeaaahhh, still though... I'm a Republican, I like and respect Justice Thomas, but if this isn't against the rules, it should be. Money is influence, any way you slice it, and Harlan Crow isn't on the Supreme Court, so he shouldn't have any INFLUENCE on the Supreme Court.
