We who lived it took it for granted that it would always be like this, I TRULY TRULY THINK THAT THE 1980s was the only Decade that took on, or even beat the 1960s as the best decade of the 20th Century for Popular music. You had so many styles and styles of music - that weren't dependent on Rock or Folk music ... We had everything - Reggae, Jazz Funk, Ska, Synth Pop, Hair Metal, Soul, Rnb, Alternative Rock, House music and HIpHop..and then we had the Movies = Predator, Terminator, Elephant man, The Thing, Back 2 the future and more
