For the beef stew, you can also choose coconut water instead of regular water for a light sweet and make the soupy part extra awesome when you dip the baguette in 😍

Here in the Philippines we have our own version of Beef Stew called Beef Caldereta. I find Vietnamese and Thai dishes very interesting and delicious 🤤

It's funny, I'm half vietnamese and grew up eating viet food, but when I moved from home I mainly cooked thai food. You've inspired me to cook more viet food. :)

I think you've missed a very important ingredient for the vietnamese shaky beef, butter aka bo. We usually add the butter at the end and we use a lot less sauce and no corn starch. This is the difference between vietnamese and any other Asian beef stir fry. Good video by the way.

The beef stew is typically eaten with baguettes, and occasionally with rice. Have you made lemongrass pork or caramelized pork chops yet, it's super good. :)
