I really love the S.W.A.T. series. They convey incredibly strong feelings over comparatively short scenes with an adequate to moderate amount of speech. The few said sentences in every scene contain a lot more message than in many other movies/series. The writer's really good, and the actors anyway. I deeply admire Lina's display of Chris' breakdown here. It takes a lot of acting skills to portrey this. This scene (the first one) had me in tears, which happens quite easily to be honest, but also with a pounding heart, breaking a sweat and desiring nothing more than to be there for Chris in that moment, which almost never happens when I see fictional movies/series. I love the S.W.A.T. series for portraying their characters authentically and not melodramatically.
Thank you for this series to the writer and to the actors (and to everyone else involved)!

This was so depressing to see. What made it sadder was that it could've easily been Deacon, Street or Chris that could've gotten shot. Like what if Deacon wasn't off that day. It could've been an entirely different situation. I watched this the moment I woke up and then I was just kinda sad throughout the rest of the day.

What Chris went through is the HARDEST thing for everybody to go through as it happened to me when I was in the Army as I lost a friend who was in my unit but in a different role during Desert Storm! It is hard and no amount of time can or replace the pain one goes through!
