I live in an huge apartment complex and people ring my doorbell starting at 4:30 am, and they ring it at other early morning hours. Someone else has been signing for my packages, others (though probably the same person, neighbor) has been taken my packages on a regular basis before I can even get to my door. I finally got sick of this and got the Ring doorbell Pro. The instructions weren’t real clear that came with it. This video helped me a great deal. Thank you!

The color night vision won’t disable although the app has it disabled. I’m getting ambient light from the neighbor across from me. It shows his property in full color but I can’t see anyone on my property

I also wired it, with a working 16V power supply, first tested with the tester....but I don't see the doorbell recharging and it has already dropped to 85 without showing signs of this normal? I don't know what to do, strange it doesn't recharge....

I just received mine this morning with a backup battery I have them plugged into an outlet in my wall and the battery is just hanging to the floor and not in the back of the device and for 6 hours they have been orange and green I don't understand how to get the battery charged from the back of the device and if I even need to?
