Lesson Objectives: To be able to understand the concept of kinetic energy. To be able use the formula for the kinetic Energy E = (1/2)mv^2. To be able to understand that doubling the velocity quadruples the amount of kinetic energy and that doubling the mass doubles the amount of kinetic energy.

Description: In this video I outline the idea of kinetic energy. We then look at the kinetic energy formula and we then practise tackling some questions. We then move on to looking at how doubling the velocity affects the kinetic energy compared to doubling the mass.
