Shop locally, use independents, grow your own, and cash when possible … it’s a good start to stop the madness !!!

Time to ditch the big supermarkets - TesGo!

They are already tracking it if you use a loyalty card

I prefer to shop local and independent wherever and whenever possible nowadays. You are right to point this out, Sean but so many stay oblivious. I am more mindful and conscious of what I buy and eat now as the independents are more expensive but if you’re careful and batch cook, it’s cheaper… and no AI or tracking!

They already monitor how we shop. If they start telling me what I can or cannot buy, they will lose my custom. We have to think for ourselves, not blindly follow where these people lead.

It’s called ‘boiling the frog’. If you heat the water up slowly it doesn’t notice. We are the frog.

It’s all gradually seeping into to our lives. I heard today if you want to own chickens, you will need to get a license. The world is making us less self sufficient. Also the ban of back boilers “safety Issues” . Now AI controlling what we eat, but have you noticed they don’t put in the harmful ingredients thats not necessary. They are not looking after out health they want is to become as lazy as possible. Will have have to watch some of your bread tutorials 😊

Well don’t use their club cards and pay by cash. Easy. People moan, but sign up to all their club cards etc which aren’t there for you, but to track and make them more money.

Haha! The drug dealers are going to discourage you from buying more of their gear? Supermarkets are full to busting with plastic shrouded plastic food, & drink - deceptively described & designed for shelf life, not nutrition. They can POQ

Wish they would get out of our lives, this is very worrying

They'll use the data, just like your clubcard data, to try and sell you more, not less.

You really think any store will refuse selling you anything for the good of your health ?😂

All animals are equal. Except some animals are more equal than others……that’s how it’s always been, slavery never changed, just the tactics have become much stronger to delude the sleeping souls.
Yes brother, you nailed it and exactly what’s happening, same with their smart meters/facial recognition/credit scoring (like China en route) etc etc

It’s 1984 and it’s a big “NO NO NO & NO” from me 😤

I will suggest a next step. 😊 Forget the supermarkets if possible and find a way to buy from local butchers, bakers (candlestick makers) and British farmers and fisherfolk. Apart from the odd treat, make your own meals from scratch. Source ethical brands for toiletries, clothing and household items. Stick a few seeds in at home, even if just in a corner of a kitchen under a grow lamp or a window box. I am all for AI to lower crime rates. But sounds like normal, law-abiding people are being targeted by this c~^p instead.

Already on the slippery slope. Nothing going to stop that now. But, if Tesco want to make you eat healthy, they would be cutting most of the stuff they sell, it's them, and supermarkets in general, that have got us into all this unhealthy food.

✔️💯 also, they will tax you on your carbon footprint. We’ve known where it’s all going for a very long time. The part that is concerning to me, is how quickly the pace has stepped up in just the last 4 years (here anyway).
