We are counting down to what's billed as a "make or break" moment for the European Union. We're now just under one year away from the next elections to the European Parliament. For the first since 2007, 60% of EU citizens think membership of the EU is a good thing for their country. But as we know, the challenges and fractures are myriad. Does the European Union need to check itself into intensive care? Or could the 2019 election be the moment when the EU gives itself a reboot?
