With regard to to timewise, it doesn't matter when someone makes and release a video, if you haven't seen it..., it's still new to you, thanks Matt and team.

When I was in the military, if we didn't have a gasket, which was a lot of the time, we used a folder. It was strong enough and just right thickness and worked al the time.

For future reference, when you're trying to line up a tube or shaft like that, if you have just a small amount of run out, you can actually bend it pretty easily with heat by just applying heat to one side and the side you put heat to will become shorter once it has cooled down. This is a surprisingly powerful effect so employ it sparingly also, when using a dial indicator, try to make sure that your dial indicator is perpendicular to the shaft as much as possible because you get what is called a cosine error when it is not. You may be surprised to find how many things that are actually quite high precision are straightened or adjusted after they are welded by using heat in just the right spot to straighten the part. Even massive structures like you would find in a shipyard are adjusted after they are welded using a technique called flame straightening.

15:27 "We're going to silicone it on because we don't have any of the right gaskets. It'll work!" TomTom from two years ago would never have said that 😀

While the space time continuum is out of flux, pull the back gate off of Robby's xj before it gets smashed. Good to see Lizzy.

When I read the title, I thought "Design Flaw?" Oh, yeah! There a loose nut behind the steering wheel. I seriously love the Morrvair. I am still waiting for Matt to make a recovery vehicle with a Corvair Greenbrier Pickup.

I had a locker that bolts kept backing out of on a mud race truck. I safety wired them and never had the issue again. Just an idea 😊

I did not expect to see my barber that I go to down the street on a matt off-road video. Great convos, great atmosphere, awesome cut. Highly recommend!

As a professional bolt buster … I completely agree with you. You definitely made that transfer case look easy. Some times there in and out several times before the stay in . Nice job 💪😎

Wow! Lifting that transfer case in brings back bad memories of doing 110% lifts. I could hear it in your voices. Nice job!

Saw you all pulling out of Maverick and head to Sand Hollow on the day you filmed this! I told my hubby "they are going out to play". Fun to see how things turned out! Great to see Lizzy!
