I should've done this video back in July, but it didn't cross my mind until last week. This video had to be postponed due to (at the time) Hurricane Lee (which became a post tropical storm by the time it hit my province yesterday).

This year marks the 40th anniversary of American heavy metal band Metallica's very first album, "Kill 'Em All". This year also marks the 18th anniversary of me being a fan. My introduction to the Metal genre in general is Metallica (which I'm pretty sure was how most people were introduced to Metal anyways). This led to my high school introduction of the Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish, and that has since paved the way for me discovering more Rock and Metal bands that would become some of my favourites over the years.

Every CD seen here I've had for many years now. The last album I actually got on the very day it was released 15 years ago this month. I'm currently missing "Hardwired... to Self-Destruct" and the recent album "72 Seasons", but don't worry, I do want to get those in the future. I've been venturing into showing off my music collections this year (because music has been an interest of mine since childhood), and I do have plans to start collecting CDs and Audio Cassettes more often than I used to. I would love to get the first 5 albums on audio cassette also, but I can barely find them at thrift stores, and they are online but they're super expensive.
