Baileigh SBR-1220 Shear-Brake-Roller Sheet Metal Forming Machine

This video is about a new machine I purchased for my shop, the Baileigh SBR-1220 Shear-Brake-Roller for sheet metal forming. I describe the machine and its features, and then you can watch while I try out the various functions.

I also show the process of making a new table top for my Craftsman work table, which formerly only held my bench grinder, so that it could hold both the grinder and this new machine.
By the way, I bought this machine directly from Baileigh for about $500. I have seen it listed in places such as Amazon for nearly $1000, and I can see no reason for such a high price. Just be aware if you go shopping for this machine, that the online prices can vary widely.

whew, that is work. interesting videos. I have to chuckle though, I am a retired tool and die person and operated all sorts of industrial metal machines. I love people that tinker, do stuff and explore .
