It would totally make sense that Brandon would randomly look her up and track her down in San Francisco after all of this in season 4. And he'd be deeply in love.
That storyline would totally happen in real life. Emily drugged him, called his house and hung up hundred's of times, lied about them having sex to his friends, wrote threatening letters, and was about to burn down their school float. Totally a recipe for love.
