Wow. Thank God I stumbled on your channel. I was looking for Accra beans recipe then I saw the koki beans recipe. I made Accra but ended up with too much beans so used the left over beans to make koki beans. This is the easiest koki beans recipe I’ve ever made and hands down the best and fluffiest of them all.
