Praise God for this message. In November 2022 my adult son took his life. If it wasn't for God being in my heart and life, i believe I would have lost my mind after my son passed. Gods been using me to love on others that have lost someone due to death. My life has been hard but during this brokenness God is helping me to grieve gracefully. Thank you Toby for your testimony.

My nephew was an amazing musician, and a believer, but the demons of anxiety and tormented him😢 He went to Jesus. Until it happens to you personally, it is impossible to explain. So many emotions. One day, I saw Toby on video giving his witness, followed by his performance of "you're the goodness in my life.." To those who have lived through the tragedy, struggles, and paralysis of addiction and the inevitibility of the final consequence of losing a child: The paralytic at the pool of Bethseda said yes to Jesus after 38 years if wanting someone to help him get into the 'healing waters' of the pool. Jesus said, "Do you want to be healed?" He said yes to Jesus. My son said yes at 38 years old ten years ago when he went home with Jesus. I now know that was His plan. My son felt no one could help him in his paralysis of addiction, but Jesus did. And, now he is free, whole, and healthy. Not that the agonizing pain is not real, but this scripture is a soothing balm. 🙏💔

Thank you, Toby. I know you lost your boy at 21. Right now, you're giving me encouragement going through the loss of my baby girl. I was pregnant with identical twin girls, and I lost one of my girls suddenly at 6 months pregnant. I'm getting induced on November 7th at 34 weeks pregnant. I will be giving birth to my living baby girl, and my baby girl I lost 10 weeks before. The Lord met with me and gave me comfort with His presence the other night. That's what I'm hoping for my husband and I as we go through this combined joy and grief. Only the Lord can truly comfort us through this.

Toby is one of my favorite artists. My dad loved him. He committed suicide 3 years ago. Now when I hear Toby Mac I think of my dad’s last years of fighting. I feel pain and hope when I hear it.
