Hello everyone.
Welding thin sheets of less than 1mm is not an easy task.
Furthermore, if there is a gap between the thin plates, welding will be more difficult.
But this is not an impossible mission.
We will introduce tips and tricks for tig welding that can be applied in this case.
However, the fact that these can be welded does not solve all problems.
Today, I put the contents of these things in a video.
Thanks for watching and have a nice week.

Exactly what I needed to see with thin 316 stainless using pulse. Learning noob here and surprisingly got a lot from your video without you saying a word 👍 thanks

I cant see the real welders live application but its a good exercise. Will try it too. Thumb up

Excellent, however it begs to ask the question if there is a way to get less distortion, especially when welding car panels where ot is impossible to dolly out the metal due to no access

Can you do a fillet weld without rough oxidation on the backside on this thin material? Took me a long time to get it with .020" thickness

Nice video didn't need the music I'd rather hear the sound of the welding that lets you know how the the weld is going.

Hi. Great videos. How much was your gas flow on these welds?

These look great but how can you transfer these techniques to larger sheets when you are unable to clamp it inside a jig? Say for example welding up a large tank of very thin gauge steel?
