I put a table spoon of rice powder into the mixer with the sprouts. Or if you don't have rice flour, seperately soak a spoon of rice for at least a couple of hours.
When you start grinding, first you put the soaked rice and all the other ingredients and only a couple of spoons of sprouts. Also i add plenty of curry leaves for benefits. Grind finely.
Then add the sprouts and pulse only a few times and make a coarse batter.
That way, u will get a lot of fibre.
You can add moringa leaves instead of curry leaves or both, while grinding.

Then dosas come out crisp and easily.
