The NBA will pursue dropshippers and small time people for the very reason the pepe the frog guy gave up his copyright. If you don't protect your trademark or copyright you put it in jeopardy. I think the big thing is if your using something for commerce

37th. Great video. The law is confusing with this NFTs. Copying anyone's art in the internet I believe is illegal and risky. Depending if you sold it for millions, you will get sued. But the case where you owned something, like a gaming cards, old stamps with a famous robot or a person(actors, royal family), scanned it, convert it to an image(PNG or JPEG) and upload as an NFT, is that ok? Need to have a clear laws on this. If you are a risk taker, do this and just wait if someone will sue you. I might do this, lol

There’s a cool psychedelic Starry Night I saw on OpenSea that I wanted but it’s too expensive for me 😔 it’s interesting to think whether or not this is considered different art, as it is unique and is called Scary Night rather than Starry Night, but obviously looks similar to Van Gogh’s work.
