I've had both and currently have my JCW and its waaaayyy better than my ST ever was, build quality is 1000% better than in the Ford

The auto is superb if you put it in manual mode but still drive in auto the gears go right up to the red line it’s simply superb if you know how to drive it 😊

Love my JCW. It’s an absolute hoot to drive and I came over from an M240i. It sticks to the road like s#+t to a shovel. Test drove a auto and agree with you Tim….. hence why I went manual, so much better and it still auto blips on the change down.

A good review. With a decent level of critique. I just bought a cooper S 2.0 countryman. And I’m really impressed with how it drives.

4:45 since years ago this car has the option of dynamic suspension, but is no adaptive. So, your feelings in sport or eco should be the same as the suspension does not change.

Honestly, the car is really fun as is on the streets, but it needs a limited slip differential for spirited and track driving.
