One more thing to add because I want to be really transparent about it!

I felt more tired on this run vs the last race last year and I will actually consider gels for my next half marathon. Just to let you know. Would love to hear your experience about this and of course I will update you after my next race 🫶

Thank you. I think the half marathon is a lovely distance to run - recovery afterwards is good and the training needed is managable👍👍
