OBS worked perfectly for me. The Xbox Game Bar would record underneath the fullscreen window. OBS lets you record the entire monitor, regardless of overlays, so I could record full screen. It spits out MKV files, but you can change that to MP4 in the basic settings. VERY useful, VERY free. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, Justin. You just save me two hours of work and you did it in ten minutes.
