Taking on the Flowers Sea Swim again in 2024. This was one of my favorite swims because we were able to stick together for the first time and enjoy the time in the water.
The Flowers Sea Swim is where swimmers compete in a mile long open water swim along the beautiful Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. The event attracts participants from novices to gold medal Olympians from all over the globe.
