One is a hospitality venture and one is a hospitality/bar venture that will also be a redevelopement concept that's going to be a rehabing of a neighborhood that desperately needs to be done. Which could very well turn into some new storage units for the community as well

I just started my journey in CRE and it's difficult it seems. First off, you need a hefty 30% down payment before u can entertain a deal. Is this negotiable at all? It seems pretty cemented. Would love to get others opinion.

I am looking into office condos in the Phx market and my wife and I live in SoCal. Primarily doing this to help with taxes and get some write offs.
