Apprently I need my parents permission to join at 17 but given my parents are divorced do i just need one signature of a parent to consent me joining?

CAF: You're serving in Ukraine. By now you should know it's not "the" Ukraine - use of that article is part of Ukraine's Russian-imposed Soviet past. Please change this and desist from using it anymore! Ukraine is a free and independent country. We don't say "the Canada" here, do we? Great video story! Thx!
