YNW Melly under fire for blowing kisses, laughing, smiling in court during double murder trial

I'm not saying he didn't do it, but the prosecutors had plenty of time to prepare for this trial. All i've seen are analyst explain how they do their job of analyzing evidence. Not actually trying to connect it to Melly or the driver. Then when their cross examined, they can say with confidence that the evidence even links to one of them. The family of the victims see that every analyst is uncertain, not confident that all evidence presented so say can be linked to the claim that Melly shot them in the car, got out, and staged a drive by. Today you learned they can't identify the height of the shooter by trying to match the trajectory of the bullets. The man said anyway between 4' 8" and 5' 10". That's literally the average height of any man or woman. They can't determine which bullet hole could be the fatal blow nor determine if it came from in or outside of the car.

Again, I'm not saying he didn't do it, but the evidence and analyst aren't helping so far. So I guess the family will make an issue of him smiling in court to raise awareness.

He got killed that’s how the game goes, the survivor is now fighting for his life, he isn’t thinking about your child.
