Video Shows YNW Melly, Murder Victims Leaving Recording Studio Before Deadly Shooting

During court Monday, prosecutors played video of YNW Melly, his co-defendant Cortlen Henry, and the two men they allegedly murdered leaving the recording studio in Fort Lauderdale before the deadly shooting. Investigators believe shorty after the video was taken, YNW Melly and Henry shot the other two men — also aspiring rappers — then tried to stage a drive-by shooting.

Interesting that none of the four guys in Melly's car came out of the studio together. Also interesting is that they all went to their respective seats almost as if by muscle memory. The vibe as they got in that car already seemed sideways. I wonder what happened in the studio that spoiled their mood towards one another. The other car seemed normally hyped, normal interaction. But nobody said anything to Melly as he walked by. This whole case is a trip.
