Debugging Android source not found

What to do when debugging Android and you see source not found? Look for the exception in the Variables window. Choose F6-Step Over if you don't see it. Source Not Found is a symptom, not the issue. Look for more information from the Exception. The Exception can be anything; source not found does not identify a particular exception or error condition.
