`I am so sorry. for those of you who think this is Great. your NUTS and have never tasted a great stake cooked correctly. Salt Pepper nothing else. NOTHING ELSE. NO Bread NOTHING else. but the stake. Do this first what ever stake you think you may like, have someone cook it in the right way. Salt Pepper. put it on a plate, let it rest for a few min. and take a taste. You will think you died and went to heaven or what ever you believe in. But what I just saw in this video. Is just Stupid Crazy, You would spend such an amount for supposed to be the most expensive cut of meat in the World. Cook it. and PUT yellow mustard on it? on a Thick slice of Bread? something is very wrong. Very wrong. with this. And yes it's a free world to do with what you want to do. But watching this just stabbed me in the hart to view this, and knowing what that meat really taste like all on it's own. SALT, PEPPER nothing else. Sad affair.
