Watching your videos, believe me or not, has helped me to start to appreciate how much fun it can be to eat good food. Before, I didn't mind what I was eating, but now, especially when travelling, I always try to taste some good food. For that, I'm so grateful to you.

I'm from the Caribbean. Jackfruit is one of my favourite things. I've never found it 'smelly', but I realise the smell can be overwhelming for persons who are not used to it 😂

Reminds me of 25 years ago bringing my wife to America from Taiwan. We'd have to drive an hour each way every Sunday to get good Chinese food and go shopping. Now we've got two Asian supermarkets very close, one is even walking distance. Still don't have the best restaurants nearby, but good enough.

That reminds me of when I went to the food truck festivals on a stormy day and twice no one's showed up, so i figured that they cancel due to the weather. When you're a real foodie, you go regardless.

Haha this reminded me of when my sister and I had to squat by roadside to eat durian. We cant take them inside my hostel because it's smelly and my dear sister bought it for me even though it's so expensive. It was such an embarrassing but totally lovely memory. I love her so much.
