The point is : clean all the shit inside so that when a challenge comes along, someone disrespects you, or whatever life put in Your way, you are clean and peaceful enough to look at the situation with awareness and take a conscious decision, whether remove yourself from that person's presence, or correct whatever the challenging situation if correction is possible and MOVE ON, can life be this simple? I hope so❤
