Email Address AutoComplete Options in Microsoft Outlook

If you have an email address popping up every time you type something similar in the TO, CC or BCC, this can cause a problem if you accidentally choose the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! Remove those similar email addresses you don't want in your autocomplete list!

Hah! How is that SO SIMPLE and yet have searched forever to eliminate a particular autopop name that has an error in it. Since I have never saved it as an contact I could not get rid of it with deletion. Thank you for having the courage to admit this is fresh knowledge and letting the rest of us Plebes know that knowledge still evolves even for someone at you level of expertise... great vid!

I clicked the x and removed an email address. Now I want it back. How do I re-add it to the list? I would have thought if I used the email again it would add it back but it does not.

clicking the x does not delete the incorrect email address from coming up in the send field over and over. removing the contact also does not stop the auto select email...using the down arrow key does not remove the selected e mail address from popping up the next time this email address is used. I find it permanently fixed within auto select and I am having to use a different e mail account to send this message.

I did all this but it still hasn't gone away on the search bar, it's gone away when I send an email but at the search bar at the top of the screen all my auto fill addresses are still there

Template autofill is not working in Outlook 2021. How can I fix it?
