This is almost exactly the dress I had sketched to one day make. But it was an vest top portion around the chest and then the skirt added at the sides and lower front. This was a very good upcycle and it really looks cute on you. Look like when the world totally open back up you will not have the problem of not knowing what to wear. I enjoyed this video.
