I love the scene where Andy stands up to Robert and explains how everyone in the Office should be on the right side of his list. Probably my favourite Andy as manager scene

It's so touching how Pam went from being almost disappointed that Michael showed up - to being so grateful for him being there and genuinely appreciating her creativity. In 6 words he said more to her than Roy ever did.
