I mean I have seen it both ways. Fake Smile doesn't necessarily mean that a girl isn't into you but it can mean that she didn't find your joke funny.

My face never does this naturally. I can choose to smize if I make a conscious effort, but my genuine smile doesn't reach my eyes at all. At 24, most of my friends are starting to get faint crows feet lines around their eyes from where they smile, but I guess that won't happen to me unless my face changes a lot. My forehead doesn't crease when I raise my eyebrows, either, so while everyone around me gets lines on their forehead I have none (will probably get the elevens between my eyebrows though lol). I'm sure I'd feel differently if it was happening to my face but I actually find the forehead lines kind of interesting. I was watching tv on a big screen and started noticing how each actor had different lines in their forehead based on the unique way their eyebrows and faces moved. And my friend who I like has crows feet and I think they're adorable, although I just think he looks nice in general lol.
