I agree with all the points made in the video-- especially as it pertains to makeup and hair styling. There is so much excess these days-- tacky tattoos, overstuffed stretch pants that look like sausage casings bursting at the seams, overdone eyebrows, lashes that look like a caterpillar, piercing of every body part possible, and crazy wigs/hairstyles. People are doing the most to look their worst, yet think they are exhibiting a unique and individual style. I wish we could return to the days of modesty, glamour and true class when it comes to physical appearance.

So much wisdom in this video! I'm constantly drinking water, my water bottle is always next to me. I drink between 3-4 liters a day. As we age, we have to reevaluate what our hair styles are, having short hair is not always best, but it will determine how healthy one's hair is. It's more difficult to make hair work past one's mid 50's due to hormonal changes, but some women manage.

I have always liked Carolina H. Her elegance inspired me as a young woman and now at retirement age, more. I do watch influencers. They are creative and fun. The good ones do include elegance in their style. Some go a little overboard with designer purchases. Others embraced the oversized look which can present them as shapeless. That is what they like. As your advice says, best thing is to know what looks good on our bodies. Choose well and have fun presenting the best version of yourself. That is a challenge but I try.
