Wagyu A5 is *not* a piece of beef marbled with lots of fat, it's a piece of fat marbled with some beef.

I finally had a proper wagyu ribeye this past weekend and let me tell you that Guga and other people are not kidding when they say it is rich. I had a 20 oz. steak with marbling score 7 and it was hard to finish. In the future I would serve it for a group as a sampler. I don't think I would go all in for a steak like that for myself. That being said.. the leftovers made for the best steak & eggs breakfast I ever had.

My grandmother used to make those eggs in soy sauce marinade.
When she passed away I never got to have it again, but now I am making my own.
Thanks my dude.

LOL Guga no longer calls the first egg preparation "My take on 1000 year old eggs, " it's just "this."

That egg yolk and sushi rice one is a dangerous thing. It’s so creamy and flavorful. I paired mine with some grilled shrimp and omg. Actually incredible! (I don’t really eat red meat so I didn’t do steak. But I could only imagine how great that is)

why do you always have to make everything look so good

I knew Guga's cured egg yolks would make an appearance, but didn't expect the outcome

Thank you Guga for all the experiments you do and share - I've got some cured duck egg yolks in my fridge right now because of you and I've been using them on all kinds of stuff.

What a fun fact about the ink! I don't know if it's expensive over there, but here in Spain, you can buy that kind of ink in almost every supermarket, in the fish section. It costs around 0, 50€ which is nothing and is used in a dish called Arroz Negro, look it up! Great video as always!

Guga, I have been following you since the beginning of the warehouse days and I just want to say I’m super proud of you and how well you have advanced in the YouTube game. Honestly bringing in family members and just keeping everything very like unique and different every episode has been a really cool eye-opener. I hope you keep going and I hope it leads to something for you because you are great!
